    IPFS was built so a file could survive the server that first hosted it. You do not point at a place. You point at a hash. If one node dies, another relays the same bytes. The link does not rot. That is content addressing: the cargo is the address.

    This page is not IPFS. It is a reminder wearing a chart. Every point in the swarm above stands in for a pin. Every thread is a relay. We only made it small enough for a phone. Nothing 404s if someone still holds the hash.

    02 The hash

    BEFORE THE TICKER,
    THE PROTOCOL.

    The old web pointed at warehouses. https://some-server.com/meme.png. When the server died, the meme died. When the domain expired, history expired. Billions of images, threads, papers, and jokes became skulls.

    Then the rule changed: stop naming the warehouse. Name the cargo. Hash the file. Give it a CID. Put that CID on a network of strangers who agree to relay the bytes to whoever asks. Call it interplanetary, because if it only works on one planet it is just another CDN.

    Relay Network is that idea, tokenized on Robinhood Chain. Holders are pins. The community is the swarm. The chart is just the noisiest way to keep the hash in circulation.

    We do not own IPFS. We remember it. That is the whole joke, and the whole point.

    Recorded traffic. Nothing invented as science.

    The existing replay uses the same recorded traces. Relabel the UI as an archive of answers: each node lighting up is a provider saying I still have this hash. Sixty seconds, same bins, same interpolation. That is the only thing we add.

    When a thread lights up, that route belongs to the node that answered.

    Sixty seconds of swarm. Every recorded node, stacked in rows and sorted by the moment it answers hardest. The diagonal is the sorting, not a discovery. The vertical streaks are real enough for a meme: moments when a crowd of peers provides at once.

    MARKET

    Live tuning. Live routes. Your chart as the request.

    Every swap draws a bar on the tape. Buys tilt it up, sells tilt it down, size sets the angle. Each node answers as if the bar were a CID being asked for. Then the pulse crosses the mapped connections downstream.

    Buys pin. Sells drop the sheet for a moment, then it recovers. It always recovers. Nothing 404s if someone still holds the hash.

    What each node is waiting for. Preferred request angle of the recorded set, reused as a CID dial. A small lime candle wakes a local pinset. A god candle wakes the whole swarm.

    WHAT IS REAL,

    REAL

    • IPFS, the InterPlanetary File System: content addressing, CIDs, peer-to-peer providing, pinning. Public protocol, not ours.
    • The problem it was built for: link rot, 404s, location-addressed HTTP, files that vanish when a host goes dark.
    • Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663, where this token lives.
    • The visualization substrate: the existing recorded traces, point cloud, and playback engine already in this codebase. We are not claiming those traces are IPFS telemetry.

    REDUCED

    • The swarm is a reused reconstruction, not a live DHT.
    • Positions, skeletons, timing bins, and layer slots are the original site’s reductions. We only changed the names so the same object can carry this story.
    • Archive mode still plays the baked recording. Market mode still maps swaps to a stimulus bar.
    • Nothing on this page stores your files, pins a CID, or talks to a real IPFS node unless we later add that.

    OURS

    • The Relay Network name, $RELAY ticker, copy, and meme.
    • Market mode as a model: trade → bar angle → pulse across the swarm. Buys pin. Sells drop. Recovery is staged.
    • Until the token trades, Market mode watches a rehearsal tape generated in the browser. After launch, keep the existing Swap-event reader from the Robinhood Chain RPC and retire the tape the same way the original site does.
    • The sentence the coin is for: nothing 404s if someone still holds the hash.
